Program and Schedule Options

We operate year-round and offer programs from the day children turn 2 until the day they begin Kindergarten.

PROGRAM SCHEDULES

We offer three schedule options, all on a monthly commitment and tuition based. Children sign up for a set schedule and are welcome to join us for the duration of our operating hours on those days. Available schedules include:

  • 5 days (Monday-Friday)

  • 3 days (Mon/Wed/Fri)

  • 2 days (Tue/Thu)

Families make a 30-day commitment, remit tuition in advance of the month of care, and have a guaranteed space for the school year (August-July). There are two parent–educator conferences each year.

Coming soon (early 2025): We will be rolling out a program that allows families on part-time schedules to add extra days, as needed, as open spaces become available due to absences, etc.

CLASSROOMS

We have four classrooms, and children are assigned for the full school year:

  • Eucalyptus is our Toddler room. Children who are not yet 3 by Sept. 1 of the current school year are in this classroom. There are 16 total spaces.

  • Poplar is our Preschool room. Children who have turned 3 by Sept. 1 (but are not yet 4) are in this classroom. There are 16 total spaces.

  • Manzanita is our Combo room (combined Poplar and Oak ages). Children who have turned 3 by Sept. 1 (but have not yet started Kindergarten) are in this classroom. There are 8 total spaces.

  • Oak is our Kinder-Prep room. Children who have turned 4 by Sept. 1 (but have not yet started Kindergarten) are in this classroom. There are 8 total spaces.

Rates & Tuition

Tuition rates vary by classroom and days of attendance. Please join us for a tour, where you’ll receive a comprehensive tuition guide to help you make the best choice for your family.

Availability

August kicks off each new school year, and we enroll on a rolling, first-come basis (i.e., we welcome new kiddos all year long!).

Tours are required for enrollment and are also strongly encouraged before joining our waitlist. If you’re relocating from out of town, you may join any in-person tour virtually. Children enrolling in Eucalyptus for a future school year may secure a space at any time by touring and committing a deposit.

We do not implement an application/approval process; we welcome families from all backgrounds and accept CDA/YMCA subsidies.
